Jeg synes at (lyd)bogen er fantastisk til at forklare hvad man skal gøre for at få folk til at kunne lide en mere og have et bedre tillid til en. Bogen gav mig en ny synsvinkel på de diskutioner som jeg tidligere har haft, men også et godt perspektiv på hvordan jeg får folk til at lytte til mig i samtaler. Jeg kan klart også anbefale bogen (den originale bog).
